ONELincolnshire promotes the county's hidden gems

LINCOLNSHIRE a new website will highlight the independent boutiques, crafts people and retailers that the county has to offer, giving them an international market.
Small, independent businesses will have the opportunity to expand their online presence, reach a new base of customers, showcasing a whole range of items from beauty products and clothing to bridal wear and computer accessories via
The new site is the brainchild of Business Hive in Grimsby, which was officially launched this week after months of preparation. It has been launched as a community marketplace that curates the best, most creative products and unique pieces from across the county. Already, one of the site's local sellers has received an order from a brand new, international customer.
Grimsby-based homeware store Home Is Where The Heart Is was one of the first members of ONELincolnshire, run by Sue Almond and her daughter Becky. Sue said: “Having a small businesses is hard as it is, you just have to keep going and going, so I hope that this new website will help to bring more people to the shop. They can start buying more, through click and collect as well, and then keep coming back to see what we have available.”
